What Deal Graph does
Find. Full-text search over credit agreements filed with the SEC, grouped by filer and amendment chain.
Read. The original filing with a contents index, defined terms and provenance beside it.
Compare. One provision across the agreements you pick, with the material differences cited.
Source first. Every extract shows how it was found and how confident the system is. A miss is reported as a miss.
